From Jeremy Frank, CEO, KCF Technologies
On behalf of all of us at KCF Technologies, thank you.
Receiving the Best AI Innovation Award at the International Maintenance Conference was a true honor, and one that we do not take lightly. For nearly four decades, the IMC community has represented the very best of our industry, people who care deeply about uptime, safety, and practical innovation. We are grateful to Reliabilityweb, and to everyone who makes IMC such a meaningful gathering year after year.
At KCF, we pioneered the predictive maintenance category 25 years ago with a simple mission that still guides us today: solve real problems that matter to real people. This award is not about algorithms or technology for technology’s sake. It belongs to the operators, reliability leaders, engineers, and maintenance teams who keep plants running, shifts moving, and people safe every day.
Our role, and our privilege, is to listen, to partner, and to build tools that make their work safer, easier, and more effective. AI is powerful, but it only becomes innovation when it works in the field, when it prevents unplanned downtime, avoids failures, protects workers, and supports confident decisions.
This recognition also reflects the dedication of our employees and engineers, the trust and collaboration of our customers, and the strength of this broader reliability community. Innovation is not a single breakthrough moment. It is a journey of learning, listening, and continuous improvement.
As we move into the new year, this award arrives at a meaningful time for KCF. With a refreshed brand and logo, we are recommitting ourselves to clarity, purpose, and momentum. What has not changed is who we are and why we exist: to partner with industry and help move manufacturing forward.
Thank you for this recognition. Thank you for your partnership. And thank you for being part of the journey as we build the next 25 years together.
