Optimized for low-power usage, SmartDiagnostics® Vibration Sensor Nodes use KCF Technologies’ proprietary wireless protocol that transmits the full dynamic vibration spectrum over the air on a nearly- continuous basis.



The SmartDiagnostics® Primary Receiver Node (PRN) wirelessly collects data from the sensor nodes in real time, enabling accurate and reliable monitoring of plant equipment.


Collection Servers

The Collection Server enables users to place wireless sensors in remote locations where wireless transmission is not possible, setting up a local receiver station that communicates to the MCM computer via hardwire.



SmartDiagnostics® Machine Condition Monitoring Software (MCM) displays near-continuous information on the health of critical equipment by tracking the patterns of machine vibration across a broad frequency over time. MCM is the key to implementing a quality predictive maintenance process.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. Hazardous Location Information ‒ The SmartDiagnostics® Vibration Sensor Node model SD-VSN-2N is certified to be suitable for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups A,B,C,D or non-hazardous locations only.
